FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Early replace my phone number?

No. Your published number stays in place; conditional forwarding sends only missed, after-hours, or overflow calls to Early. Voice forwarding does not forward inbound SMS.

Does Early replace my CRM?

No. Early works around your current phone and system, and ordinary decisions happen by SMS. No Early dashboard or CRM migration is required.

Does it integrate with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro?

Not during the founding pilot. There is no native ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro read/write; we confirm the approved manual or calendar-assisted workflow before activation.

What happens when Early cannot book or nobody replies?

Early never invents availability. It asks one authorized person by SMS, clarifies ambiguous replies, and keeps unresolved requests open with a named owner and next action.

Can Early create roofing or electrical estimates?

No. Roofing quotes require inspection and measurements, and Early does not remotely diagnose electrical faults or tell anyone to touch electrical equipment.

Can homeowners send typed information and photos?

Yes, through the provisioned Early number. Homeowners can type details and send safe, ground-level photos when the playbook requests them.

Why does homeowner SMS come from an Early number?

Ordinary voice forwarding does not forward SMS sent to your existing business number, so follow-up comes from Early's provisioned number. If a homeowner texts STOP, SMS stops; the service request stays open unless they separately decline.

What happens after the seven-night pilot?

Nothing happens automatically. You can continue month-to-month for $79 only after explicit acceptance, with included usage shown first, or stop without charge.

Is Early an AI system, and is speech transcribed?

Yes. Early uses AI and speech transcription to handle calls within the approved playbook. Setup and test calls must pass before customer traffic.

Give missed calls a next step.
