Keep the job alive.
Early keeps the homeowner on the line, reaches the on-call team, and connects the call only after a technician accepts.
One urgent call. Two possible endings.
The same call can become a missed job, or an opportunity your team can accept.

What contractors ask before the first call.
Clear answers about coverage, setup, and what remains under your control.
Does Early replace my phone number?
No. Your published number stays in place; conditional forwarding sends only missed, after-hours, or overflow calls to Early.
What if nobody accepts?
Early does not promise a callback or arrival. It tells the caller that nobody accepted, repeats relevant safety direction, confirms the callback number, and prepares a high-priority summary for manual follow-up.
Does Early replace my CRM?
No. Early works around your current phone and system. No Early dashboard or CRM migration is required for the founding pilot.
Does Early diagnose the problem or quote a fee?
No. Early follows approved qualification and immediate-safety language. It does not diagnose repairs, promise dispatch or arrival, or quote after-hours fees.
Which trades does Early support?
The pilot supports Plumbing, Roofing, and Electrical. Each company reviews its own emergency categories and safety language before activation.
What happens after the seven-night pilot?
Nothing happens automatically. You can continue month-to-month only after explicit acceptance, or stop without charge.
