Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how early.watch, also known as Early ("Early," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information in connection with our website and business-to-business AI call-recovery and communication service (the "Services").
Early is designed for U.S. contractor businesses. Contractors use the Services to handle certain inbound homeowner calls and messages, including missed, after-hours, and overflow contacts.
Whose information we process
We process personal information about:
- visitors to our website;
- representatives and authorized users of contractor businesses that apply for, pilot, or subscribe to the Services ("Customers"); and
- homeowners and other people who call or message a phone number, assistant, or workflow configured by a Customer ("Callers").
For information that a Customer provides or makes available about Callers, Early generally processes that information on the Customer's behalf to provide the Services. The Customer is responsible for its own notices, lawful basis, and instructions for that information. For Early's own website, account, billing, security, and service-administration activities, Early acts on its own behalf.
Personal information we collect
Information you give us
Customers and their authorized users may provide contact information, business name, business address, account credentials, billing details, operating hours, service areas, escalation contacts, transfer destinations, calendar settings, and other configuration information.
Callers may provide their name, phone number, address, email address, service request, preferred time, photos, and other information they choose to share in calls or messages. The Services may also generate call notes, summaries, transcripts, structured intake fields, case status, and communication history from those interactions.
Information collected automatically
We and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, log data, pages or features used, timestamps, identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, and diagnostic, security, and usage information.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers. We may receive billing and transaction information, such as payment status, subscription plan, and limited card details supplied by Stripe.
Information from integrations
When a Customer connects Google APIs or another supported integration, we receive the information the Customer authorizes us to access, such as calendar availability and event information, solely to provide the configured workflow.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, configure, and support the Services;
- receive and handle Customer-configured calls and messages, maintain recovery cases, communicate with Callers and authorized operators, and support transfers, scheduling, escalation, and follow-up;
- authenticate users, administer accounts, process subscriptions and payments, and respond to requests;
- secure the Services, prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and troubleshoot errors;
- analyze and improve the performance, reliability, and usability of the Services;
- comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property; and
- send Customers service-related and transactional communications, such as account, billing, security, support, and operational messages.
We do not use the Services to send marketing text messages or emails to Callers. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use Customer Data or Caller interaction content to train general-purpose AI models without the applicable Customer's permission.
AI, calls, messages, and human review
The Services use AI and automation to process calls, messages, and related information. Depending on a Customer's configuration and the interaction, this may include generating summaries, transcripts, structured intake data, suggested or automated responses, routing decisions, and case records. Early may human-review information when reasonably necessary to support a Customer, investigate an error, protect safety or security, or operate and improve the Services.
Calls and messages may be retained as described below. Customers are responsible for determining and providing any notices or obtaining any consents required under applicable law for their particular communications, including call recording or transcription laws.

Retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, messages, photos, and related Caller interaction records for 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, preserve security evidence, or requested by the applicable Customer under an agreed arrangement. We may delete or de-identify this information sooner where operationally appropriate.
We retain account, configuration, billing, and security information for as long as a Customer account is active and afterward as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and enforcement purposes. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. PostHog may help us understand how visitors and Customers use the Services. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. Customers may update some account information through the Services.
To make a request, contact privacy@early.watch. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the relevant information. If you are a Caller, we may direct your request to the relevant Customer because that Customer controls the service relationship and the underlying interaction data. You may also contact the contractor you called or messaged directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may opt out of non-essential marketing email, if we send any, using the unsubscribe link. Service and transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to provide the Services.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use strong credentials and promptly report suspected account compromise to us.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at privacy@early.watch.
U.S.-only service and changes to this policy
The Services are intended for use in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and revise its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
